After six (6) weeks of slicing and dicing pixels, the Web Template Design Contest has finally come to an end. Judges will be reviewing the entries over the next few weeks and upon completion will announce the winner of this contest.

CONTEST HAS BEEN EXTENDED BY TWO WEEKS!
In response to feedback from contestants and to also give room for submission of multiple entries, we wish to inform you that the Web Template Design Contest has been extended by two (2) more weeks! Contestants are strongly advised to utilize this opportunity to send in more entries or improve submitted entries, as there will be NO MORE extensions after this. Interested individuals and groups who have not registered previously are encouraged to still do so as registration and submission of entries will now close on Friday, 15th August, 2008.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO...
Submit a website template design for a business/corporate organization selling products or services. A visitor to your Home Page should have no difficulty locating products and/or services offered as well as pricing information. An inner page should be used to display details, while a third page should contain a form for collecting the customer's data. Your entire design should have the look and feel associated with the Web Design trends available today e.g. reflective surfaces, light markup, Web 2.0.
Contest Rules/Terms and Conditions
ARE AS FOLLOWS...
Your entry/entries MUST be submitted as a single .ZIP or .RAR file not exceeding 3MB to contest@bynigerians.com and MUST adhere to the following rules:
- You must register for this competition prior to submission. Registration is FREE!
- A high-resolution 150 X 150 pixel and another 350 X 350 pixel (making 2) screenshots of your Home Page must accompany each entry in .JPG format.
- Entries with nude or offensive images will not be accepted.
- Each of your designs (Home Page and two inner pages) in Photoshop (PSD) or Fireworks (PNG) format will be required.
- Three (3) (X)HTML files for your pages, your CSS file(s), Fonts, Images and all other design elements used should also be submitted in separate folders e.g. HTML, IMAGES, FONTS, STYLES e.t.c.
- You are free to choose between Fixed and Fluid width designs.
- Your designs should be free from JavaScript, Flash and other active content.
- You are encouraged to use the W3 Validator prior to submission.
- You are permitted to work in teams, however, only one person need apply on behalf of such team. In such arrangement, all team members (maximum of 3) will be profiled but the prize money remains same.
- A maximum of three (3) entries are allowed per person/team.
- By partaking in this Contest, you grant bynigerians.com and it's owners full right to re-produce your work Online and via other media.
- You agree that we reserve the right to change these Rules/Terms and Conditions without notice by posting the changes to our Web site.
